Stacey has more than 25 years of strategic marketing and corporate communications experience, including a background in both print and Web graphic design. She joined First Marketing in 2003 as Digital Media Director, responsible for all client Internet marketing programs, many of which received Web Awards and ADDYs. Less than three years later, she was promoted to Director of Creative Services where she directed all client print and digital creative, through a team of creative directors, art directors, production artists, copywriters, proofreaders and Web programmers. Stacey recently took on additional responsibilities to lead the marketing efforts of the organization as well as continuing to lead the creative strategy of clients’ marketing programs.
Prior to joining First Marketing, Stacey’s career spanned key roles at Fortune 500 companies and creative agencies in both the Northeast and Dallas, Texas. She holds a B.S. degree in Marketing from Rider University and has obtained her Certified Direct Marketing Certification through Virginia Commonwealth University.

Adina is currently the Market Research Manager at First Marketing, where she is responsible for the Effectiveness Research Program, the Relationship Index Survey, segmentation analysis using Claritas PRIZM® NE and all custom research projects.
Prior to First Marketing, she led a variety of research projects for Florida’s Miami-Dade County, as well as international clients. She has also worked for a trial consulting firm in Miami, studying group dynamics and influences on behavior and decision making. Her research education includes master’s and doctoral degrees in social and cognitive psychology from Florida State University, and an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Curt has worked in analytics since the late 1980s, when he moved into the field from product marketing at Citibank. His unique experience in analytics and marketing allows him to identify opportunities and present his findings relevant to marketers.

A former Director of Financial Analysis for several Fortune 500 companies, Glenn has focused on marketing for financial institutions since 1999. His blended background in marketing and finance provides him with a unique insight into understanding and developing market strategies for achieving a high return on investment.
Glenn has a Certificate in Direct Marketing from Virginia Commonwealth University Interactive Marketing Institute and an MBA from New York University.

Cal has more than 10 years of professional call center management experience including call center operations and development of specialized programs. Cal has also enjoyed leadership positions with Fortune 500 companies such as Dell Computer, EDS and Qwest Communications.
He is a firm believer in each person’s ability to make a difference in the customer service experience every day: "The power of our attitude is one of the most influential forces in our lives that can yield either good or bad. The decision is ours to make!"
Cal is a native of Idaho and a graduate of Boise State University.

Ryan has worked for some of the world’s largest insurance companies, with special expertise in articulating business requirements to corresponding development teams. Currently earning his MBA, Ryan is also taking courses from the Direct Marketing Association.
Ryan studied computer networking administration and computer networking security at St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa. He continued his education in the master's of computer science program, with an emphasis on system analysis and design, at Illinois State University.
Away from work, Ryan is a competitive runner and triathlete.
